2019 Mondeuse-St. Laurent Johan Vineyards

St. Laurent and Mondeuse, both from Johan Vineyard, come together to form a savory, complex and compelling wine. St. Laurent is the result of a cross between Pinot Noir and an unconfirmed cultivar, and Mondeuse is a grandparent of Syrah, common in the Savoie region of southeastern France. Striking acidity and delicate fruit combine with lush tannins and dark berry notes, with the mineral rich quality from the Van Duzer corridor running throughout.
