2020 Aligoté Caroline Vineyard
This is our first year working with this fruit from the dry-farmed Caroline Vineyard in the Chehalem Mountains, planted in 2016. Fermented and aged in concrete 'Hippo'. Acid-driven Aligoté shows its characteristic citrus notes with an enhanced minerality from concrete.
