2016 Origin Chenin Blanc 1.5L

Our first and much anticipated bottling of Chenin Blanc from the Willamette Valley! Based on our research, we have determined that this cultivar is indeed viable here. Chenin Blanc is traditionally used across a spectrum of wines - from dry and sparkling, to botrycized dessert wines, and our intention is to use our Chenin Blanc to reflect vintage characteristics, different every year. From 2016, an early and warm vintage, we offer a dry, still wine, aged in neutral oak and layered with texture and flavor.
