2016 Grenache Soloro Vineyard 1.5L

Our third release of Grenache from this site, this year we included the <3% Marsanne that is grown at Soloro in order to complete site expression and enhance mouthfeel and aromatics. The wine was fermented slowly to preserve the floral notes that we love from this vineyard. Aging was in 500L puncheon to minimize the impact of wood on the delicate flavors in this wine. After 6 months in barrel, the wine was bottled without fining or filtration.
