Sauvignon Blanc loves to ferment on its skins! This ultra-ripe fruit comes in from the Applegate Valley, is de-stemmed and then spends six months fermenting and aging on its skins in clay amphora made here in the Willamette Valley by Andrew Beckham. It's then pressed and bottled early to capture fresh, tropical aromatics.
