2016 Pinot Gris Rosé Antiquum Farms 1.5L
We believe that the most compelling and complex versions of Pinot Gris come from fermenting the juice on the skins, just like red wine. This rosé is comprised of 100% Pinot Gris, which macerated on skins for two weeks before pressing and aging in neutral oak. The wine was sulfured after primary and malo-lactic fermentation completed, and bottled without fining or fitration.
