2016 Grüner Veltliner Wind Ridge 1.5L
Our Wind Ridge Grüner Veltliner is planted to sedimentary soils in the Ribbon Ridge AVA, our third Grüner site. This site produces tiny berries with concentrated fruit flavours. Whole clusters are macerated for two days to enhance distinctive white pepper and spice characteristics, before fermentation and aging in Austrian oak casks.
