2016 Gamay Noir Jubilee Vineyard 1.5L

The Jubilee vineyard is situated on a south-facing slope at the northern tip of the Eola Hills, and basks in sunlight from sunrise til sunset. This Gamay was such a striking example of the characteristics from this site, we just had to capture it in its own bottling. The site gives ample ripeness and a vibrant acidity, with concentrated fruit flavor from the small berries produced here. The wine ferments for 30 days in concrete tanks and is aged in neutral french oak for 10 months. It's bottled unfined and unfiltered with less than 60 ppm SO2.
