2018 SM3

We LOVE this pure syrah from Stella Maris vineyard in the Applegate Valley. It fermented slow and cool, for about 25 days in open-top fermenters with minimal cap management, and the 2018 offers its usual savory, spicy notes and velvet-y tannins. Bottled without fining or filtration and with only 20 parts of added SO2.
