2018 Dijon Free Chardonnay

Once again, a chardonnay made exclusively from heirloom/heritage clones - no Dijon clones were harmed in the making of this wine! This is consistently one of our richest and most exotic chardonnays from every vintage. The wine spends 16 months in a combination of new and neutral oak barriques, building texture and flavour complexity.
