2018 Origin Cabernet Franc
Willamette Valley Cabernet Franc! This is our first bottling of pure Cabernet Franc from Eola Springs Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills AVA. Fermented in open top fermenters with little cap manipulation and no whole cluster, then aged in neutral oak for 15 months, this wine has classic characteristics of Cabernet Franc with Willamette Valley influence.
