2018 Origin Austrian rosé

Austrian Rosé! This single-vineyard rosé is expressive and savory, with characteristics of each varietal encompassed. The reds were pressed after a quick cold-soak to pick up some color, and Grüner berries were scooped into the juice to ferment whole. We pressed the Grüner after about 40 days oon skins and continued aging in neutral oak before bottling. Varietal composition: 35% Zweigelt, 30% Blaufranksich, 20% St. Laurent, 15% Grüner Veltliner.
