2013 #19 Phantom Limb 1.5L

This Petite Sirah was ripened on the vine, then the canes were cut causing the fruit to dry and desiccate hence why we call this wine the Phantom Limb. This process is very similar to the Amarone style. Those grapes sat on the vines for a month during this process, with those grapes we harvested 15% of the fruit that we didnt cut the canes on to grab some extra juice. The result was a stunningly deep red wine. ( Only 48 cases were made!)
