These vines, planted in 1977, consistently offer wines of depth and focus. In order to emphasize that character, we've aged our 2017 Vitae Springs Grüner Veltliner in stainless steel for the very first time. The wine remained on lees for nine months to enhance texture and build tension, while preserving aromatics and the typical savory qualities that we love about Grüner.
