2017 Antiquum Farm Pinot Gris Rosé
We believe that the most compelling and complex versions of Pinot Gris come from fermenting the juice on skins, just like a red wine. This refreshing rosé is comprised of 100% Pinot Gris, a portion of which fermented whole cluster in open-top fermenters for two weeks, before pressing and aging in neutral oak. The wine was lightly sulfured after primary and malo-lactic fermentation completed, and bottled without fining or fitration.
