2015 I Have VA White Wine 1.5L
Both the Chenin Blanc and Aligote were harvested individually then sent to press whole cluster. During the fermentation process we noticed that the wine had developed a significat amount of VA but as it got higher the wine got better. Who cares if it has VA if it tastes good!
