The second wine from Minimus: A co-fermentation of ~90% Tempranillo grapes and ~10% sauvignon blanc & viognier grapes, all from Stella Maris vineyard in the Applegate valley. Fermented on skins for approximately three weeks, then aged in nautral oak for 16 months.
